What you want to do is save the pdf file locally and then open it in Acrobat Reader. If you open it in the web browser or in anything else than Acrobat Reader, the order form is not going to work properly.

Jack, you might also want to ping Roy (maybe) for the latest order form. The one you have there (v1.5.0) is pretty outdated at this point. Or you can grab the latest one here: http://andersonguitars.com/cms/order...Spec_Sheet.pdf

we are not making an external pdf form any longer. it was too difficult to keep up with the additions, and the pdf format will not let us link things like they need to be to fully integrate all the options incorporating all the logic that is required. the specing option is now live on the site and you can save as many versions as you like.
