Based on all his "new" endorsements Eddie must be looking for some cash to help pay off his settlement with Valerie!!!:D

"Never say never" says Romeo Void!! Marshall would make a killing I would think if they had a EVH sig. head. Heck, I'm not even an EVH fan, and even I would buy it.

I heard rumors that a major company will soon be doing the same marketing with offical "David Lee Roth" signature equipment. :D

Just kidding, I couldn't pass that one up!:D

OK, for whatever reason, Dunlop took down the EVH Phase 90 site. For those that missed it here's what it'll look like:
http://members.cox.net/eddyrox/mxrevh1.jpg

http://members.cox.net/eddyrox/mxrevh2.jpg

And here's the information, as I understand it now:
1. MSRP $189.95
2. limited edition
3. the script/block logo button basically switches out a resistor (r28) so that you get the old script tone or a modern one
4. (Per friends who tried in TN last week) tonally, sounds close enough to a script logo to get one (Not sure if they are true bypass or not..but supposedly sounded very good though)
5. Unsure as to release date

here's another site:

Weird that they took the pedal off their site... I wonder if the switch is switching in and out the resistor that you can clip on the RI to get the older sound? I did the mod to my Dunlop Phase 90 and it sounds a lot better to me now. The bypass still sucks tone on them though, and that's why I don't gig with mine. It's great for those VH moments around the house though <g>.

I'm unsure of the ability to clip, although I have heard that the bypass is still an issue. Perhaps a dedicated loop e.g. Looper or gigrig? or GCX?
