Pup question

What do you think. Your comments would be appreciated.

My drop top has an HC2 in the bridge and i am contemplating to put an HC3 in there?

My other classics have an H2+ and the other has an HF2 in their bridge positions. I love each of these guitars and how they sound and how they react.

By putting the hotter covered pup in my drop top, would this make it a super hot sounding pup/gtr or would it be closer to what im hearing in the other gtrs?
The drop top is alder body, maple top, maple neck and fb.
I would just like a bit more saturation. Or what would a PH3 sound like in there? How much weaker/thinner would it change??

Im not looking for hotter, just a bit more. A bit thicker

And you've already messed with pickup height? For me, any of the humbuckers with a "3" in them are too much for me, but that's me...

I always found the 3's were too much but i recall hearing something about the covered pup being suggested to me, either roy or jack. I dont really remember now but wish i would have talked more about it.
