I'm saving up for a Tom Anderson. Have a couple questions as I put together my wish list. I realize I'll get official info when I place my order, but wondered if anyone in the community have had any of the following options when they ordered their Anderson guitars.
1. First, I stumbled upon a multi-dye process for Quilt tops, that looks awesome, and was wondering if something like this would be possible to get done when I have my Anderson built? Result is more contrast.
Step one: dye with dark solution (usually black).

Step two: sand until grain is still dyed, but field of the wood isn't.

Step three: dye the final color

Step four: clear coat/burst edge, whatever. For me, just a straight clear coat.

2. Matching Quilt-Veneer on headstock an option?
3. I've always been a "no inlay, side dots only" kind-of-guy. However, I'm thinking I'd like the name of my new guitar inlayed at the 12th fret. I realize the specifics of this and pricing, etc. will be gone over at the time I order it, but I wonder if anyone has ordered their Anderson with custom inlays?
4. Ebony fretboard an option? I can go with Pau Ferro, but would like ebony.
5. Custom fret wire an option? Jescar Fret Wire FW57110-EVO Gold or similar? Between .110 and .118x.57. I like 'm big, and gold....
