I was playing at our church on Sunday and had my new hollow T and a Taylor 810. We had just finished the first part of the service when the bass player tripped and knocked the tele off of its stand as he was walking off
Though I wanted to rush up there to inspect the damage, the service was in progress and I had to wait. The funny thing is that the sermon was on managing anger :) The last two songs of the service were on the 810, so I didn't get a chance to view the damage until after the service. I looked it over from head to tail and couldn't find any mark, scratch or gouge anywhere. The only thing wrong with it was that the A string was now tuned to an almost perfect Ab. That's the first time I've ever seen a guitar hit the ground without any damage. I think that next week I will be playing on the other side (away from the bass player)
