Pickguard Replacement?

I have a T-Series Shorty with vintage vibe, two SC-1s and a TF-3.

Can I get a pickguard to eliminate the hole for the middle pickup and have a TV-1 hole for the neck pup? Will a standard black Tele pickguard work, or will I need an Anderson?

Essentially, I'd like to take it to a standard T-type guitar. For awhile, at least.

If so, what might I need to know about wiring changes (I have a 5-way switch with a push-pull circuit)

My serial is 02-26-12P.

Our pg is different so you'll need to get it from us. Black is $35+shipping. You'll probably want to put in a 3 way switch unless you can think of something to go with the extra positions.
