Tom you measure 1 11/16" at nut after the neck is finished, right?
i mean before finish probably is something around 1.660"?
can you help?

Satin finish is .not more than .005" thick so we make the raw neck just about 1.69".

Tom, the gloss finish is fatter than satin?

gloss would be only slightly thicker. if the neck is color matched like a bulldog, it is thicker because you have the base coats, then color, then more clear coats.
