Drop D Tuner Adjustment

Can someone give a little tutorial on setting up the drop D tuner? When I drop it, then put it back my E is no longer in tune. Not familiar with adjusting this thing at all.

here you go:
tune the E.
flip the lever a couple times back and forth. your E may come back slightly sharp. if so, tune down to the E. if you go past it, you'll have to flip the lever a couple times again. once this is set you can fine tune the D. i do any turning of the fine tuner while not in the D position, then go back to it. i have the offset set to -4 cents on the turbo tuner.
this doesn't always happen, but this is how i do it just in case. it always works.
