I don't know if I've ever posted about Duncan Africa guitars here before, but I thought I should share a video from a friend of mine. Ben is a producer (and fellow Canadian) down in Nashville and just did a great youtube demo of his new dreadnought from them. Great video and fantastic guitars - I've got a rosewood/sitka OM (selah) that I should do a demo like this for at some point.

Their whole business model is based on Jay Duncan (a luthier who trained under John Larrivee) training a group of students in Uganda to build high quality acoustic guitars. They're really great. Duncan Africa has a great way of getting a great product out while also making the world a better place. I figure most of you wouldn't have heard of them, so just trying to spread the word... a very cool way to make great guitars.

The video is here (http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=AFroxsJA6_o), and you can check out duncan africa online here (http://duncanafrica.com/).
