'Pull' Pot pulled right out...

Just today I received the Sage Green classic fm Anderson Guy and the push/pull tone pot comes right out of the guitar. The washer and threaded core remain, and the knob with the thin metal shaft (which ends in a nailhead of shape) comes clean out of the guitar.

How do I go about securing it inside? There are no rattling parts inside, and I have no problem taking the guitar apart to fix it.

I believe this gives it 12 switching options...;)

sounds like the pot got broken in transit. if you give me an address i can send you a replacement. believe it or not we really do answer email, so if you had contacted us directly we would stand a better chance of seeing it sooner.
