Here is a few pictures of my HD in a box setup. So far it is working well.
The HD500 is raised 2" off the bottom and there is a wireless rcvr and a couple of power adapter under it. The switchbox on the left switches between HDT to gtr1 and Godin A12 to aux, and Crowdster +2 split to gtr1 and aux.

Wow! That's pretty sweet!
Did you build it yourself?

The box is from roadcaseusa and is a standard medium duty 28" long pedalboard box. To raise the HD500 up 2" I used 6 2" Stanley metal angle brackets and some corner aluminium. I remove 6 of the feet from the HD500 and connected the 2" angle to the 6 holes using the screws from the rubber feet. I put some heat shrink on the metal angle to prevent it from scratching up the bottom of the HD500. Then I cut 3 lengths of the aluminium. The middle piece of aluminium is shorted than the end pieces. The end pieces were to cut to make a tight fit. in the box. The aluminium is attached to the stanley angle pieces and velcro pieces were put on the bottom of the aluminum to keep the HD500 in place. The antennas for the rcvr had to be relocated. The aluminium rails made a good place to mount the BNC connectors for the antennas. I had some short lengths small 50 ohm cable to make the antenna jumper cables with.
So far I've only used it at two gigs, but it does appear to be a setup time saver and stuff stays in place internally during transport.

SWEET! Love me some home made solutions. How do like the wireless? Do you notice any drop or color in the sound/tone? I've never tried it but like the thoughts of going cable free on the stage.

I've been using wireless for lots of years and this one is my favorite yet (it's an Audio-Technica 2000 something or another). While I don't run around and such I still really like no wires. I use a wireless IEM also.
Once the levels are matched I can go back and forth between using a cable or the wireless with no noticable tonal or level shifts. I check the wireless now and then to make sure it's not adding or loosing signal level compared to a cable. Dynamics feels a little different. Next time around I'm thinking about one of those digital Line 6 wireless setups but I won't replace what I have till it breaks. And it will.

Very nice work. Agree when it comes to the nicely done homemade stuff.... Awesome.
On a side note I have the line 6 G50 wireless and it works great. If it adds any coloration or loss I can't tell. And if you can then my excuse would be I tweaked my rig that way lol.

I needed something for scale to show the size of the box. I couldn't think of anything better than the C+2.
