Love those guitars! I have a similar Schecter in sea foam green. The two strap buttons and headstock work well with the rest of the Anderson stable. :)

Thanks. Check out the neck figures~the Anderson neck is perfectly straight/flat after 20 years! The Schecter has also aged well, at a young 15. I don't really care about birdseye, but a little flame/figuring, as well as an older patina is nice. The TA has me sold on the small 50's V, as well as the rosewood board. Thanks for your views/comments-

an over dry guitar is not a happy guitar.

southern california is never humid. it can be raining outside and be 65% in the shop. this winter has been crazy dry. we've had to run our evap coolers when it's in the 50's outside, no fun.

Oh well. I guess SoCal is a desert. The bay area was mildly humid- I think there was significantly more rainfall. Obviously the guitar was from the south~

Hahaha!!!! That's funny! :D
As for the Bay Area climate, I can only agree with kirkham. All my Andersons have taken on a bit of extra moisture over the years as it's pretty humid around here. Typical RH in our house is around 60-65%, so all my frets are ever so slightly buried in the fretboard, even though I keep all my guitars in their cases when I don't play them...
