I have been contemplating adding another TAG to my family and figured that sometime toward the end of 2012 I would fully realize it. After spending some time at my local dealer (Guitar Czar), looking at the NAMM pictures and having dinner with Markus I have decided to take the plunge earlier than expected.
Just to add a little bit of drama, what are your guesses on my new addition? Tom, Roy and possibly Markus may need to hold out on their guesses.
The worst part of this process is waiting until May.

Well if you were hanging with Markus its likely something with a Floyd...;)

I guess I should have warned you beforehand that dinner with me could potentially be an expensive experience in the end... :D
Congrats and happy waiting on your 24 fret Big Hollow Body 7 string with F-holes! May is not bad at all. I don't even remember anymore when I ordered my Baritom Drop Top Classic...

No joke! ;) That Thai food was great! You guessed it right but missed the fact I wanted F-Holes on the front and back and a 4 bolt neck. I'm trying to make sure I hit every point that makes Tom wake up in a cold sweat every night. :D
I have decided to go with a Bulldog in Gold Top. I was going to go the way of the Locker but decided to with a more traditional bridge since I like to Drop D from time to time. I have always wanted a classic single cut guitar and have always loved the Gold Top look. I was really tempted to go with a Bora Bora Blue burst top but decided to be a little more fiscally conservative. Down the road for sure. Mine will look similar to this one but it will have a black headstock and an H1 in the neck and H3 in the bridge. Pretty excited to have this rock machine.

Thanks! I wanted my Anderson Bulldog to look like the Gold Tops from the "Evil Empire". The Gold Top finish, natural brown back and black painted headstock just oozes classic single cut aesthetics.

Love it! All my dark necks have black headstocks as well. Looks very classy for sure!

Very nice. Black headstock would be more traditional looking. Good choice.

The H3 in the Bulldog sounds so massive and chunky -- you will love it!

Thanks Mike! Between you and Markus I was inspired to get the Bulldog. Loved yours when you got it and Markus' Locker put it over the top. I always knew it would be my next guitar but I decided to push it through now.

Yeah, Mike's Bulldog does look fantastic. I remember seeing it here and being blown away by it! With the Rosewood neck and the H3 it must sounds super huge!!!
