I rarely go there but find it interesting from time to time (I actually posted in that thread funny enough). I have been a registered member but have a very low post count. I'm not a good fit there at all.

That thread is 100% on however. It is our pleasure to experience your talents in building guitars and serving the customer. The guitars are second to none but the real clincher for me has been you, Roy and the rest of your "family" there at the shop.

I started the thread there because I knew if I did it here I'd be preaching to the choir. :) There were a few other factors, but that act of coolness by Tom helped me order my custom. My wife works in the PR industry, and was knocked out by how helpful Tom is and also that he has such a hands on approach.
