WOW! I am impressed, this thing is pretty neat! I know Tom was discussing a gig bag earlier on the forum..and I don't know if this is the case he was talking about..but I hope this is!
I got the Dual Electric version. I first love the build quality. Its a tough-weather proof exterior with all manner of storage pockets. The sides and top are quite rigid and the zippers are of excellent quality. The interior is shock-absorbed on different levels and fit my Cobra and Classic nicely. They go in opposite sides of the other to counterbalance. The other cool thing is that each compartment has a velcro neck holder that bolsters the neck angle and keeps the guitars from floating around. I can carry it on one shoulder or both. The front storage pocket holds both of my straps and wireless packs, other hand held items. there are other smaller pockets and hangers in and around.
I feel totally confident letting this ride to gigs in our truck. I will have a hook put in to hang it on or let it ride on a bigger case. Will follow up after our road trip this weekend.
Trying to lift an 80# Gator Dual ATA case on an off our truck in all kinds of weather and all times of the day and night was getting QUITE taxing...I think I made the right move on this one..glad I was surfing the forum when the 1/2 off sale link was posted. Can't beat this case for $150.00
