Gibson Guitars raided by the Feds ?

I live in Memphis and there is a Gibson Guitar Factory here. The Feds raided it on Wednesday and it has been shut down ever since. Something about them using illegal rosewood ?? Anyone heard about this??

Somehow I find it hard to believe that all the Brazilian Rosewood that Gibby puts in their Custom shop models, all came from 1990 pre-ban stockpiles.
