New Anderson owner - Shorty T Swamp Ash.

Gotta say, I've been aware of Tom's guitars for years, but was never a Fender guy. Talk about ignorance!

I walked into Northfield Music in Pittsford and Joe showed me this guitar about 3 weeks ago. I played it and kept going back to play it. I just felt SOOOO comfortable for a 25.5" scale with a 1 5/8 neck. I wondered why I could never get along with that size neck before...

Much to my surprise, it turned out to be 24.75" with a 1 11/16" neck! I had no idea I could get a T style guitar that would fit me without having to pay a builder for a custom guitar.

And the sound. THE SOUND! And playability. And feel. And. And. And.

Just whoa!

Thanks, Tom for such an incredible guitar. Now I am looking at my other guitars and deciding which will go so that I can get an Atom...

Jeez, how easy it is for your entire guitar world to change when you find guitars like these!

Welcome to the Anderson family Bob! You'll find this to be one of the friendliest and most helpful forums around. Oh, and pictures of new guitars are a must around here. :)

Thanks for the welcome, everyone. Yeah, I know about multiple guitar syndrome... All too well! I am already thinking about the Atom and which I'd like to check out. But for right now, I am still in awe of the TAG I have and exploring the world of Tele sounds. And I just picked up a real, original 1966 Princeton amp that is a perfect match to this guitar. Right now I am in tone heaven.

And taking inventory of everything else to decide what stays and what goes...the fall TAG buying season is nearly upon us.
