Low Rise Frets..........

Hey guys,
Just picked up a nice Classic T in a Trade. The specs state that it has a 62 roundback with Low rise frets. Every TAG I've ever played/owned always came with heavy frets. Are these just shorter? Are they Low wide like a Gibson? What can I expect is the biggest difference?

They are just a little lower. Enough to probably notice but not so much you would hate them. I personally have put them on everything of mine in the past couple years.

i have them on my atom and they are by far my fave fret wire.

I've been pretty happy with mediums and I have them on all of my TAGs but I've played the low-rise a couple times and they're very comfortable. You get a bit more wood under your fingertips and i like that.
