Well after much GAS I have returned home. I recently aquired the NAMM Bulldog!! Everything I expected. I also had the very RARE opportunity to re-purchase one of the FIRST CT Atoms which I spec'd out! Supprisingly if I had to pick the CT Atom is the perfect fit somewhat darker and fuller and in your face. !! The Bulldog slightly heavier and has the sizzle!! Glad I am blessed to have both. Picked up the Koa which someone had spec'd but was forced to back out. The M in the neck is INCREDIBLE! The Hollow Cobra S Special is incrediblt light and versatile!! The hollow classic has a neck that plays itself.(old school 4 bolt from '95) This thing is an acoustic!! Anyway after going back to G*****'s and found what I thought was my dream, realized that NOTHING is crafted and gifted as an Anderson. Thanks for ALL you do!

sweet line-up! How does the bulldog compare to the atom ct. I know that Tom has said they sound similar (and it's the shape that's fooling with everyone's ears), but what has been your experience?

Hard to say. This. CT Atom has a bolder in your face sound where as the Bulldog has more of a Sizzle well rounded sound. Don't know if that makes sense. The Atom is a heavier sound to me! glad I van have both! Definitely NOT the same.

thanks for the review. All the Bulldogs that I've seen looked absolutely killer! I used to own an Atom and I thought it was one of the punchiest guitars I've ever played. It was extremely lively for lack of better words-very different though from a Les Paul.

But Atom CT and Bulldog are scarily similar, no?

If you ask me , Bulldog is perfect Anderson "LP" , where Atom CT is perfect Atom CT .
So , I was looking for perfect Anderson LP and this is exactly what I get :D
