Humbucker Split Mod

I read somewhere that a wiring mod can be done on a Cobra to coil tap both humbuckers whenever the pickup selector is in position 3. Full humbucker mode is accomplished by pulling up the tone knob. Can someone verify this and explain which wires to switch?

on the pushpull pot there is a switch that has 6 terminals. move the two terminals closest to the pot to the empty two furthest away from the pot.

Thanks Tom. My Cobra came wired like this....2 terminals closest to pot are grounded to switch body. The other 4 terminals furthest from the pot are wired to the pickup selector switch. I don't have any unused switch terminals.
