Which H Series Humbucker To Tame A Maple Bodied Guitar?

I have a friend who has a maple body guitar. He is looking for an H series humbucker and wanted to know which would help here. Would the H3 or HN3 series be good for this? I love my H3+. Any suggestions? Thanks!

h3 for sure. the hn might accentuate the harder bottom of the maple.
