you can use a reverse anderson pick-up (for example sf1-rw), owing to the neck, in the middle position?
if there is a hb in the bridge position, then the reverse goes in the neck position. if you're not splitting, then it doesn't matter.

but if I have a SF1-rw (normally in neck position), I can use it in a middle position?
yes you can use it in the middle position. but if you split it, it will not humcancel with the bridge humbucker.

The SF1R and SF1 are physically identical. The only difference is the reversed winding and reversed magnetic polarity. This means that as long as you are activating the pickup either by itself or in combination with another humcancelling pickup, then it will sound fine.
However, as Tom mentioned a couple of posts above, if you combine it with a humbucker and run both in 'split coil' mode, then the result won't be humcancelling. It will still sound the same as using an SF1 (non R), but unlike using an SF1 in the middle, it will still have the potential to hum.
If you never split the SF1R, then there will be no effective difference between it and a regular SF1.
(Ok, for the technically pedantic, it is possible to have a tiny amount of additional humcancelling when using two otherwise identical humcancelling pickups that are opposite wound/polarity to eachother. But this effect is usually overshadowed by the fact that the hum is already gone, and can otherwise be ignored under normal usage.)
