Hypothetically Re fretting TAG

Hypothetical question :
Does replacing Jumbo's frets with heavy or low rise frets might have effect (impact) on BFT system and overall tuning on OFR equipped , Jumbo's SS fret' guitar ?
or just refrett it with smaller scale SS' ?

nope. of course nut height will have to be adjusted. intonation should always be checked after major surgery.

btw, how to adjust nut (FRO locking nut ) height , with removing a shims or to do a wood work (routing ) underneath of nut ?

should just be a matter of adjusting shims.

correct. as long as the nut height is nice it will be fine. after the fretjob, always check intonation.
