All of a sudden my low E string is buzzing, but just at the fourth fret. Is there something that I can do to fix that?

Loosen your truss rod just a hair. See if that helps.

I'd also take a good look at fret #4 and #5 under the low E. Since it happened all of sudden I'd look for fret 4 taking a hit (getting pushed down) or fret 5 lifting.

Check the string itself. At the area where the buzzing is occurring, lift up and run your finger(s) underneath the string back and forth. If the string feels distorted or kinked it may just be the string... try replacing and see. Another way to see is by de-tuning the string a lot until it's flapping, see if there is a kink.
I've seen this lots where the owner never knew the guitar took a fall, thus denting the string over the fret, (think Golden Gate Bridge). Tom knows of a few great stories ;)
In addition, sometimes there doesn't even have to be a kink in the string for a wound string to be "bad".
