VA7 polarity ???

Hi Guys, a bit of advise please,
I would like to fit a Anderson VA7 neck pickup in a non Anderson Tele style guitar built for me by Chris George guitars in the UK. It would be replacing a Seymour Duncan Antiquity pick up, would there be any conflict to the wiring/polarity etc ??
Amy help please.

we make all our pickups the same polarity, but i believe duncan has their singles reverse of the hb's. been a long time since i played with any duncans so i'm not sure which is which. hopefully others will chime in.
