Have you ever play tested a customer's guitar prior to it being shipped that you deemed not up to your standards and that would require a complete rebuild? Always have been curious about this!

it would never get that far. everyone along the way is about as fussy as i am, maybe more in some cases. dave, art and iian in final would come get me if something was odd. odd does happen but usually it's easily solvable.
