Judging by the serial number I don't think it is, but almost the same. Every time I see one of these, severe GAS sets in. The one at NAMM was just spectacular.

Talking about two Cobra's I can see both HC's and H's have amazing , but different sound .
H1 and H3 are more sonically rich , with wider frequency , more powerful and more "heroic" to me on some weird way (?) .
I would say , they're sending sonic message through the whole 3 dimensions .
(or this is about different amps used ?)

HC's are more conventional , more classic rock/ bluesy oriented and more "vintage " , as people usually tend to describe it these days .

My question is : is this HC's description can be understood as " one dimensional " (as mentioned on this site ) vs above "3D " description of H1 and H3 ?

i wouldn't say one dimensional at all about the hc's. to me they have a more mysterious and stringy top end that i don't get out of the H series.
