I recently disassembled the bridge on my TAG HDT. I now have it set back up and intoned in the standard way. It sounds good, but I know I need to set it up special for BFTS for optimal tuning. I have managed to find the offsets needed for open and 12th frets for BFTS tuning. I think I can figure out from that how to set the intonation, but thought I'd ask anyway. Anyone out there doing this? My guess is that the 12th fret offsets are still referenced to standard pitch, but thought it's possible they could be the offsets expected when the open pitch offset is applied. Any words of wisdom would be greatly appreciated.
you tune open to the proper offset, then check the 12 fret note. on all but the high E they will have a different offset. if it is off, adjust then recheck doing the same procedure until it reads correct at the 12th fret. remember to retune open after making any adjustment.
if you need the offsets i believe they are in a previous post, or you can email me.

Thanks Tom. I found the open and 12th fret offsets from a few sources and compared them and they seem to be all correct, or all wrong. I'm getting one of those ST-200's soon. I guess I'll need to set up two custom tunings, one for open BFTS and one for 12th fret BFTS. Sounds like fun. I took some very close up pictures of the bridge before taking it apart. I could always set it back to original using that, but I really like to be understand how to do things myself.
