... and I am pumped.
At least I think I do, as the trade has been all but confirmed at this stage.

Can't wait!
I think she'll look fine next to my Thorn with an inlaid curly flamed Koa top ;)

I hope so! I am going through a divorce, so sometimes you have to do what you have to do, you know, but I do hope to, especially since I play a ton of acoustic gigs these days...

Yeah, this is not my favorite time of my life, I must confess ;)

The Crowdster arrived, and was gigged the same day. Loved it to death. What a great guitar.
Interestingly enough, several guitar players in the place came to me and commented how they had never heard a thin "acoustic" guitar sound so huge and spot on.
I agree with them!

I was at Tom's church when he was showing the proto to David Crowder and I remember thinking that and every time I hear it now my jaw still hits the floor.

Last weekend I got out my PRS for rehearsal, then when it came time for services, I switched to the Crowdster, had the Hollow Cobra as backup.
In the past few months, unless it has an "A" on the headstock, it doesn't get played around here anymore. I used to laugh at guys who only had one or two guitars, and now I'm playing one (Crowdster) about 70 - 80% of the time, and going to the Hollow Cobra when I need to play lead or get some tele-ish snarl and the other guitars simply don't get played... ever...
Might sell 'em.

I hear you, I play 90% acoustic these days, so the Crowdster is seeing plenty of use. I still love my Thorn Jr 90 and Lentz T, though, and they're tons of fun too... but the Crowdster sure calls my name plenty ;)
