Just thought some fellow Anderson users may dig the new promo video. It's not perfect by any stretch of the imagination, 100% live, but it does have a couple of my favorite Andy's in it.

COOL! Nice playing Rob. Nice tone. Which Bogner is that you are using?

It's an old Shiva EL-34 without reverb and the cab is loaded with a Vintage 30.

Hey Rob, are you using any pedals in front of that amp? I really like the tone. Been considering a Shiva for a while now.

I do use a few pedals in front of the amp but nothing in those clips except for a Fulldrive 2 in addition to the boost channel for solos. I have the comp cut knob pulled and just the tiniest bit of gain added - maybe around 8 O'Clock. Everything else in these clips are just guitars, Shiva and 421 mic into the board.

OK, so now I REALLY want one!

What are the specs on the stingray?

Same amp. Different name. Only 50 were made with the Stingray name. Music Man did not want Dr Z to use the name. So he changed it to Stangray, which is how Brad Paisley, who helped design the amp says Stingray.

Mine is Stingray #35. It has about eight hours of use on it. I have used it for one gig and two recording sessions. Great amp, just too big for me. Mine is loaded with Celestion Blues.

nice tones and playing Rob!

regarding the drummer's plexi "cage", did you guys build that yourself?

I think my drummer's going to need one of those as well - our singer's refusing to show up to rehearsal (hates to 'over sing' and risk blowing out her vox) unless we can 'quiet' him down. And Roland-style drums are not in the picture (unfortunately)

At the rehearsal place our drummer uses his plexi glass and it is a god send. Drums are cool...but it can get loud. Now we just need to muffle the horns and I won't go home with bleeding ears.
