which anderson to order?

I want to order an anderson and I am between a cobra,cobra S and a short hollow t. I like the shorter scale.
I know it is personal but I play rock/blues Jazz.
Eventually I would like a cobra and a hollow T.
I own a baker wood, Grosh retro S and T, and a tyler SE.
So I have a little of both sounds already.
Also is there any difference in tonality with a maple quilt top
verses a non quilt maple top on the Cobra?
