I'm not a "blue" man, but MAN that light baby blue with the tortoise pickguard... beyond sweet...

I was thinking originally that "Baby Blue" was "Daphne Blue", which is a shade darker than Sonic.

i think that daphne is a little brighter than anderson's baby blue.

daphne is different than sonic, but i've never seen a real one that wasn't way yellowed. so i'm not really sure what it looks like.

Yeah, that's what I meant; bright vs pale instead of light vs dark. I just compared some Anderson Baby Blue pics to some Fender Daphne Blue, and the Daphne certainly looks to be brighter.

Thanks :)

Daphne Blue is quite a bit darker than Sonic Blue and is metallic, at least on the Fender Thinline Tele here in front of me. To me, Daphne Blue is to Sonic Blue as Candy Apple Red is to say Dakota Red.

You're thinking Lake Placid Blue. Daphne is not metallic.
