I just joined the forum. I have been a huge admirer of Anderson guitars for quite a while. I finally placed an order two weeks ago for a custom Drop Top. Mahogany body with a maple top that will be finished in Burnished Orange burst. I decided to go with a chocolate maple neck to match things up. Sunken Floyd bridge with HN3+ in bridge and an H1- in neck. Obviously, pics will be posted when I receive the guitar in May. I can't wait.

Definitely want to see that. That combo should look incredible... or better.

nice choices. my next will be a drop top classic, burnished orange and the choc maple neck as well. no floyd for me tho. goin do the hollow alder thing i think.

No, I am in South Jordan, Utah. My name is Chad I ordered my guitar through Eric at Guitar Czar. Can I just say it was a pleasure working with you and Roy. I'm sure you get tons of e-mail everyday but you responded to a couple of e-mails and Roy helped me narrow down my options the day before I placed my order. Can I say it was a pleasure working with him and I have never been made to feel like a professional musician by any dealer or manufacturer before. Thank you for a wonderful product and terrific service up to this point.

Can I just say that I am super excited to see the color combination I decided on. I think the Burnished Orange Burst with the chocolate maple neck will be a match made in heaven. I think I see a new guitar of the week on the horizon!!

I agree. Thanks for the welcome. I have been a huge fan of Anderson guitars for a while now and glad I am in a position to realize owning my own. The day I placed my order I made the mistake of picking up a Cobra Hollow S off the wall. Stupid me, now I want to add one later in the year!!

Thanks! Good luck with the new order. I will post lots of pictures and some clips when she is in my possession.

Welcome and congrats on the combo you put together there!
The HN3+ would have to be my favorite bridge pickup - closely followed by the HC3. I'm sure you'll be very happy with your Drop Top! :)
