Saw this on ebay and the seller says these guitars were built in the TAG shop. True or False?

back in the late 80's we made bodies and necks for him (along with lots of other people). he did all the sanding and shaping and glued them together and painted them.

I find this very fascinating!

You were just gettin goin in the 80s how did so many people know to come to you for getting bodies and necks built? It seems like you made a name for yourself very quickly

started selling bodies and necks in '84 when i started this company. worked for schecter in van nuys from 77-84 and there we supplied many people with parts. when they closed in 84 the door was wide open .

ah, I didnt know schecter ever closed... that makes a lot more sense now

they went through a series of owners and incarnations until esp bought them and headed them on their current path.
