...so Im standing in line at one best salad/bargain lunch spots in SF financial district and for some reason, the euro accent of the guy ordering behind me catches my ear.

As Im waiting for my $4.00 "Hail Ceasar" salad order :) , I look behind me to see this person and I say to myself " hey, that guy looks sorta like "Markus" from the Andy forurm!?"

Never one to stray from the opportunity of potential "guitar talk" I turned to the guy and asked, " By chance, would your name happen to be Markus?"

Sure enough it was the Bay Area's "Man of Floyd"!!! It turns out we work a couple blocks from each other!

It was a pleasure meeting and chatting with you Markus - look forward to checking out your gig schedule!

I went to the Beck/Clapton MSG show with my friend IPLAYLOUD from the TGP and FDP forums. We were walking around the floor before the show and I swear he knew half the people in the Garden. Guys from bands he plays with, Telecaster Discussion Page guys, security guys. After the show he was heading out to a club in Brooklyn to play with the guys from the TDP.

He's an avid geeter picker!
