Question for moderators: Friend can't get logged on

i have a freind who for some reason can not post on this site. He is an Andy player. He has tried but can not get access. He reads all our posts but can not respond.

Any suggestions?

I can PM his email address if necessary.

Most likely problems:
1) His email server refused to deliver his confirmation message upon registration
2) He did not respond to his confirmation message upon registration.
