Jeff Young Megadeth - Anderson strats

One of the 1st players I ever saw using an Anderson guitar was Jeff Young of Megadeth in the late 80's. Interestingly the guitars had bananna headstocks and he had a few different ones in different colors. Hey Tom do you recall any interesting stories about Jeff or these guitars ?? Did he custom order them ?? thanks ...

ah yes, the bananas...those were the days.
jeff was/is a very nice guy, soft spoken but very focused on what he was looking for.
it used to crack laurie up when he would call. even after several years of dealing with him, and laurie prides herself on being able to identify a voice even after one hearing, he would always say"this is jeff from megadeath".
