Do the Atoms come in 1 5/8 width? I only see 1 11/16 in looking at dealer stock.

any model can have any neck size and shape except crowdsters. 1 5/8 is rare on an atom, but you can get it that way.

Agreed... resistance IS futile. I picked up a 1 5/8" Atom as my second anderson after a crowdster... amazing in every way. I haven't played my other electrics at all since.

That is a great finish. By the way, why is 1 5/8 rare on an Atom? Now I'm curious.

people are traditional. they tend to not put narrow necks on gibsonish guitars. no good reason. in general we do way more 1 11/16 on everything though, probably 2.5:1 overall.
