LOL I have called you before. I'm shocked you don't remember our 10 minute phone conversation 2 years ago after I got my drop top. This saddens me. :(

Seriously though, I can't imagine a more helpful person than you. When we did talk you were very helpful in answering all of my questions and making sure I understood everything before we hung up. If only all customer service reps were as helpful as you.

I'd like to pass on personal regards to Roy too.

When I was speccing out my custom order Drop Top, we chatted via e mail.

He said sorry he was slow but he was sitting by his father's hospital bed at the time.

I felt shame for using his time but I gotta compliment him on his dedication to a non famous customer. :D
