Maple v. Rosewood

Just curious, Tom, as to what percentage of your non-custom-order guitars go out with Maple necks on them. Does the product mix differ much from other more standard brands? Any particular reasoning for your choice of one over the other?

Again - just curious. My HDT has rosewood and I love it. But, I also really like the sound of a maple neck - esp. on a vintage Tele I have. Been eyeing your previously-sold Classic T's on Magdon lately. Yummy...

it varies. lately there's been more maple than a year ago. it's been about 2-1 rosewood to maple lately. but it changes all the time. we may be doing more classics and t variants which would make maple jump in numbers.
can't speak to what others might be doing as i don't get out much:o
