Well, this is a very special guitar. July 5, 2009 GOTW, and the mystery guitar everyone was trying to figure out, which turned out to be a SHORT T.

This guitar is in absolutely immaculate, pristine condition and is a BLAST to play. It's just as described on the GOTW page. I love it, but I have made the decision to go back to playing 7 string. So, unfortunately for me, some of my favorite guitars have to go to make room. The action is set pretty low and it really flies, and the tone is... TAG all the way.

I have a short hollow t classic in swamp ash/ maple neck and it is an unbelievably awesome guitar. These are great little tone monsters, fer sure. Good luck on the sale.

So, are you going to buy a TAG 7-string then? Oh wait.... there were only 14 made. :eek: :(
I don't know what it'll take for us to convince Tom to do a limited 7-string run... any suggestions? Tom? Any guidance? I'm prepared to do whatever it takes! :D

Really? Only 14 ever made?!? Hm! Yeah... I played this Short T last night for a while... it's been in the case. It's an amazing guitar. Tone monsters for sure, but also amazingly playable. This one is set up really low and you can almost play it totally legato with only your left hand!

I dig everything about it...except the gold. Wonder what it would cost to change all the gold out??

yeah, just imagine that same guitar with a single-ply black guard and chrome hardware!!! I can't stop playing mine. Somebody should snatch this up.
