TC Electronics Nova System

Anyone had any experience of this multi pedal? Good reviews in the UK but need to know if its any good in use? I am in a duo and will play it with speaker simulation through a PA.

Sorry, I'm a bit late to the party on this one. I have a Nova System and love it for the most part. I've owned the G-system as well as various pedals from TC, rack units, etc. I can't say I love the OD/distortion sounds from the unit. They rarely get used. Most of the time I use various pedals that I have really grown fond of. The effects sound great. Tap tempo isn't nearly as accurate as I'd like. In fact, I have problems achieving the proper time even after I updated the firmware to the newest version. My old Line6 Echo Park never gave me those issues. I'd also love to have a kill dry in the unit but we'll see if they ever add that functionality in a firmware update. Other than that I love it. I run the unit with a MusicomLab switcher and use the midi out to switch patches on the Nova. So, for now it's not going anywhere. Great sounding, cost effective little unit.
