Crowdster Plus humbucker pickup distance from strings?

Hi guys,

Just need some input on what are the distances of the humbucker pickup to the bass and treble E Strings on your Crowdster Plus?

I'm still trying to find the optimal height/distance from the strings for good tone.

i adjust them here so that they are volume balanced with the acoustic sound, which really only matters if you're playing in mono(who does that?). they end up pretty high doing that. if you're looking for a softer tone lowering would do that.

Just wondering, what do you mean by a softer tone or a harder tone?
Sorry for my newbie question as I am still rather new to electric guitars...

softer tone=not as edgy on the high end, not as fast on the attack.
