Hi ,
In a try to spend my time on the nice way while waiting for my first Anderson there is a question :
I'd oredered H1 & H3 pups configuration with standard 5 position switch for two humbuckers , which is nice as well  .
From other side , I've read somewhere on Tom site , for the same two humbuckers , saying standard 5 position switching with 6 (six ) sounds
How is that possible ?
From where that 6th sound coming from if there are only 5 position?
I am missing something here ,that's clear ,please help my ignorance .
Tnx ,
Zoran

Pulling the tone pot splits the coils in the middle position.

And, just to whet your appetite, the split positions on those are just as useful as the non-split, so it's not a three-sound guitar with three so-so sounds added.

My Hollow Cobra is the only guitar I've ever had where I actually use all the sounds almost equally, because I can. three 'tele"-ish sounds and three "LP"-ish sounds... all great...

Tom's pickups split really well. The only guitar I've had that comes close is the 5-way switch-equipped PRS Standard 24 I have, but none of the positions are true-single-coil.

You'll love it.
