My band, 59H2O, was one of five bands that played at The National in Richmond, VA last night. I brought two guitars; PRS Singlecut and the T-Classic. Of the guitars I have, these two are the easiest to play (the Anderson more so then the PRS, actually). The Anderson sang, I mean, it just sang! Playing through a MAZ 38 SR, w/ MXR Distortion; I couldn't be happier. :D We had a video of the show made (only a 40 minute set). I'll post the songs I played with the Anderson. The best way I can describe it was a very pure and very intense sound. I have a new level of respect for this guitar. It performed exactly how I wanted it to (granted, it couldn't save me from myself though; when I went to a wrong note, you could almost hear it say, "Well, it's not what I would play, but, hey, it's your show. "
Here's a link to the video. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-mEx1CRvsaU
The song is called Danny Steele, which, has nothing to do with the song. We just haven't named it, yet.

I think you should name the Andy "Dawn" because you finally woke up to Tom's guitars! LOL;)

Dawn it is!!! Excellent!!
'T' Classics are the bomb. Of all the Anderson guitars I have, my two T's are the best. And yet, I never really thought I would like this style guitar. When I got my first T, I was a bit skeptical but after a few evenings playing it and then recording tracks with it, I realized that this is what has been missing. Now, my ice blue T is my go to guitar.

Thanks! Yeah, definitely soundboard. There was no soundcheck so, it was kind of adjust as you go along. Have to admit, I was very impressed with the sound, though. Think I've found my new go-to guitar.

You are too kind, sir. Thank you. It was really fun playing on that stage and having a real state o' the art sound system.

Listen to that Anderson sing. There's something about an Anderson. Great guitars, and you belong to a family. What more can one ask for? Fender, we need to hook up as I'm just a little down the road from you.
Hey Fender..........I really enjoyed that!! Thanks for posting it.
What Dr. Z head are you using there? Also, that looks like a Dr. Z Best 2x12.....what speakers do you have in it?
Your tone is excellent. Great playing too!!

Thanks, man! That's a Maz 38 SR and yes, it is a Z-Best 2x12 (I mean, c'mon, you have to, right?). Sadly, though, that's where my knowledge ends. However, I will check into it and let you know. Thanks again.

Indeed...I have some extended family in VA Beach. Hell, used to live in Yorktown and Newport News.
