Just thought I'd see if I was the only one using this on guitars...
www.zainobros.com
Yes, it's a car polish, but it makes my Andersons darn near glow and a lot easier to clean. I started using it in the late 90s when I bought a black car that someone had neglected the finish on. My Andersons all looked great when I bought them, but now they are even better. :) Anyone else Zainoing? It's a little pricey but amazing stuff!

Z2 usually. The website says to mix a product called ZFX with it the first time, I don't do that on my guitars since they aren't subjected to as much as a vehicle would be, or at least in my case they aren't!
Then I use Z6 (which is a spray) to clean/wipe down after gigs and such.
Used to use Meguiars detail spray and cleaner/wax before the Zaino, and noticed you guys used the detail spray too. It's good stuff, I just like the Zaino a little better. It's a lot easier getting the Meguiars though!
This stuff comes off really easily - doesn't get hard like carnuba, and in my area dries on my guitar in 15-20 minutes usually (Oklahoma). I found out later, but the owner of the company has a pretty good sized guitar collection and uses Zaino on his new and vintage guitars.
Tom, if you'd like I'd be more than happy to send some of the Z2 to check out. BTW, I have no affiliations with Zaino other than being a happy customer for the last 10 years.

will look into it. we still have a stash of johnsons kleen and shine. been using it for years and love it. with these finishes i'm mostly into cleaning it as opposed to waxing it.

I use Zaino exclusivley on my cars. At one time Corvette Magazine called it the best polish series available.
Never considered it for guitars, but it kind of makes sense.
It has NO abrasives. I am not sure it is even wax.
The stuff is awesome. You can put it on in the sunlight. In fact it is easier to remove if you do that. If it gets on the rubber parts it just flakes off.
I have used it on American, German, and Japanese finishes. It is really great. Best stuff for a black car too.

it's a good thing. the only bad thing in new jersey are the politicians. and it seems they were all (44 of them) escorted to jail yesterday by the f.b.i.
dan, did you hear, even the new mayor of hoboken, after three weeks in office!

It's like getting 2 for the price of 1... it Cleans, and it Shines!
If Florence Henderson endorses it, I'm sold.

Yeah I was there the day it happened. My Mom and Dad were going nuts. I was rolling on the floor. They took him away in handcuffs! They have him on tape saying, "even if I got indicted I'd still get 85% of the vote. Arrogant jerk!
Remember, Steve Capiello NEVER GOT CAUGHT! (Did you know, I won a contest once as a kid and was "Mayor for a Day" with old Steverino?)
OK I kind of hijacked this but Suriel and guys from Hudson County NJ know what this means...
no bru, it KLEENS and shines.

That means it's 50% garbage, 50% swamp water, and 100% toxic.
