Wow... Tom needs to see this one.. The neck has the birth markings of a old Anderson or Schecter. Strange curly maple body with a flamed maple top?? It's possible that when Tom was making bodies and necks only that this was pieced together by someone else. The logo looks suspicious.. no serial number either..
Things that make you go hmmm...

-The headstock is overall larger than Andersons
early round design and the decal logo angle is
pointing up where Anderson logos seem always
aligned parallel to the neck line( regardless of old or new
headstock)
-The body looks more round around the edges and
stumpier than an Anderson classic body
-The input jack is on top of the body- I though
Tom always had his jacks on the lower side.
Overall looks like a homeade creation with look like decal and nameplate?
i hate this stuff. the neck looks like it could be a neck we made in the early days. it is a strat headstock. we did a small amount of maple with flame fingerboards. the body is goofy looking, and yes a quilted back with flame top would not come out of here. the real neckplate is very disturbing. i'll have rachel contact ebay and have it removed. dang.

I sent an email to the bidder to contact you, Tom before doing any more bidding to check validity of it. This one is certainly disturbing, however there is also something positive here. There is a great community of Anderson owners and we look out for eachother and the Anderson family if you will. Stuff like this wont get far without sombody calling it like it is. I find that really imspiring and positive.:)

Looks like justice has prevailed - eBay yanked the auction.
