Latest acquisition: Tom Anderson Cobra

Got this guitar via the trade recently. sweet 6120 finish for that Gretsch touch, but with a ridiculously cool tiger eye finish.

A couple of HBs w/ a 5-way switch and a push/pull tone that adds the bridge pickup. Dang, she plays herself! Now if only the neck were thicker ;)

Although she's a tad old, my understanding is that she is NOS.

I haven't had much time to play her, though I did enjoy her through the Carr Mercury and it was sonic heaven.

TAGs never disappoint, in my personal experience. This one is no exception to the rule.

I hate to say it but this looks like another candidate for a very fine mojocaster guitar that gets sold due to a less than fat neck. :rolleyes:

It was a trade, not something I bought, so it comes the way it comes. This said, the TAG necks I have tried are much thinner than I personally like, but they are always extremely comfortable none the less.

Will I sell this one? At this stage I don't intend to. I had been looking for a 2xHB guitar for a while, and I love the tones I am getting out of this one.

It's gonna take something very special to dislodge this one from the collection...
