Triple Pickup T

Thinking about a Hollow Classic T with a TF1(neck) SF1 (middle) and a TF3 at the bridge, all w/booster, the idea being Tele & Strat tone. Will the SF1 work well in the middle? Tom, do you advise against splitting the TF & SF pickups.

that set works well together.
we are not even putting 4 conductor wire on the TF's. we worked real hard to make them sound "right" when they are humcancelling. it's never a fair comparrison when you split a stack, the split sound is always louder and louder always wins. then if you adjust your amp for the overly bright split sound, the humcancelling sound gets made dull.
