Rosewood necks on TAG's. Are they very common? If you have one, do you like it? Are they phenomenally better than a maple or mahogany neck on a TAG?
Just wondering what your thoughts might be...
Thanks!

I have a Hollow Cobra S with a RW neck and it looks and feels fantastic. :) It sounds a bit darker than the same guitar with a mahogany neck, so I suppose many would prefer the mahogany neck for tonal reasons.
After spending some time with the guitar I've found it works extremely well for barking power chords from the H2+ bridge pickup.
But, it took me quite a while to dial the low mids back into the neck/middle M1s for the sparkly cleans that I was aiming for when I got it. However, I'm not sure how much of this is due to the hollow nature of the guitar vs the rosewood neck. I suspect a combination of the two.

Totally dig the RW neck on my Atom. The guitar rings for days. And there's a another cool thing that I have never experienced before, you can feel the notes in your hand! Plus, the neck feels really smooth. My next TAG will have one too. I'm sold on them.
